Ordered a Bergman Power brush. Difficult to assemble but that was only the start. When we tried to change the brush - which is covered by one line in instruction manual - it proved next to impossible. It appears to require 2 people with very strong hands. Worst piece of kit I have ever had the misfortune to purchase

The ability to change quickly from scarifier to rake to brush won me over. It Is excellent in manufacture and design and is sturdy and durable. I ordered a product which was dispatched, but unfortunately the carrier lost it. When I asked verdict to put this right, I was sent a new dispatch and now have the product. Things did go wrong that was not their fault, but it was dealt with swiftly by Verdict, so I am a satisfied customer.

I found it very easy to order the fan and it was delivered promptly. The fan does everything the catalogue said it would and is easy to use with the remote control. Being able to adjust the level of noise is excellent. Overall very satisfied

Have used this company many times over the years, never had a problem with any items ordered or needed to use the returns service available, only complaint I may have is I think if ordering by phone it should be an 0800 system as the other systems starting with 0844 for example can be an expensive charge if ordering a nber of items.
