Wrong size of hat was dispatched. I got a refund of the purchase price but not of the original delivery cost. I would avoid this company in future.

just fair and honest job done nothing to complain about, fairly fast delivery a bit better service than last time.

I ordered a number of items including a parasol cover and two waxed dusters. I had to return the cover within a few weeks because the zip broke(it had not been stitched in place correctly). The two dusters were delayed for nine weeks before delivery, not very good service.

The chair was very well packed and when put together looked great. Everybody envious and I could sit in it all day. Trouble is the weather has turned and I cannot sit out. So frustrating|||

Everything I ordered was in stock got updated about latecarrivals the goods turned up when they were supposed to fantastic customer service will definitely order from them again.

I bought a solar pest repeller for my brother, who has had a lot of trouble with foxes digging holes in his back garden and generally ruining his flower beds. He had filmed them with a wildlife camera, so knew what he was up against. Since installing the solar pest repeller there has been nothing on film at all, no cats, foxes or anything else, so money well spent and congratulations on a fine product.

Space Saving Power Hub This is a very useful product and very worthwhile. The only problem is that you have charged me twice for it, once on 21 January @ £38.00 and again on 18 February. Rather than give me a refund, I would like another hub and trust this is satisfactory. Ken Howe
