My delivery arrived all smashed and covered in oil. My cater, who opened the packages for me, cut his finger on all the broken glass inside. We just had to destroy both packages, which we did. A similar two packages, which arrived at a different time, were both intact, and I believe this was because the bottles were in their cardboard boxes before being put into the white thinly padded envelopes, whereas the smashed parcels contained bottles without any cardboard boxes to protect them. Perhaps this, in future, could be the norm.

Item was not what was expected. hand driven not battery operated. Far too complicated to assemble. Return procedure and refund satisfactory though.

I sent this lamp back as it was apparently not working.I received a replacement in about a week,which was quite quick.Only when I looked more closely at the replacement did I discover an almost hidden on/off switch.This made the unquestioned replacement all the more impressive and me feeling a total idiot. This switch is inside the glass bulb holder,which means when ever you want to switch it on or off you have to undo the top solar panel which is quite awkward and over a period of time I feel it will become loose.This is a bad design fault I feel So,well done Expert Verdict,not so well done the lamp manufacturers.

I or dered sevveral items with you for my garden my kitchen and general maintenance and the items were fine when they arrived the only problem was the delay in getting some items in good time but I guess that was a supply matter outside your control. many thanks. Bob Gleasure
