Quick and easy. No problems,

I ordered two items which should have resulted in a ten pounds discount. This was ignored and when queried I was told it only would apply to higher amount. I had read the terms and conditions and knew I was correct. I then tried to cancel the order but after a delay was told it had already been despatched. I believe it hadn’t been despatched. The goods were ok, as described but I won’t be using this company again.
