Very bad service.

You had the ordacity to send me an "Exclusive offer" as my warranty had run out. You are only expecting your furniture to last for 4 years, as you expected me to purc hase more furniture. I asked you to repair my rise & reclin er last September and you sent 2 so called independent enginerrs to view the chair and they both said it was my fault the m otor was damaged, as it was too near the wall. It had never been moved since it was installed. You wanted to charge me almost £500 to repair, which I thought was extortionate. I would certainly not recommend your company to anybody. I would expect a chair costing more than £3,500 to last a lot longer.

Yes I Lowered the bed to be able to get in and out am in a wheelchair 🦽 I can’t walk to so was not other choice ,I called you several times to help with the bed to adjust so you sell the mattress two smaller then a frame and I was fall between them my shoulder damage I have no legs so how can I move.🥲I put a different mattress to sleep and rest my body so I have to lover the bed to be able to transfer in to the bed .I paid 3500£for your product and I have to purchased an extra double mattress to release my shoulder and neck pain

Chair delivery

Stuart and Martin (installation team) brought my recliner chair to-day. They informed me when to expect them and turned up on time. They were friendly, helpful and patiently answered my questions.

andy&mike the installation team were excellent they came in moved a couple of bits that were in the way including a chair installed and demonstrated the new chairs simply and efficiently very polite couldnt fault them on anything

Thank you very much for our second chair you can see the difference in the two as I’m a lot bigger than my wife so mine is bigger and more firm and that is what makes the Recliner factory the best you get what you pay for our friends as had three different makes in a year and they are still not happy with the rickety ones they have they just would not listen to us when we told them how good recliner factory was. The installation team was great in all ways Craig and Mark was on time and on the ball thank you very much for real comfort

Disappointing service

I purchased a riser recliner chair a month ago. It was duly delivered and the delivery people were good BUT the chair is causing my husband great pain in his back as the angle of the back is all wrong. I have been in touch and they said they would send someone but no one has been in touch or been. Meanwhile, my husband has to use my chair with lots of cushions as they took away his old chair and for the huge price I paid this is not what I wanted.

Nuisance Caller, pressure selling to vulnerable people

Phoned me repeatedly after requesting a brochure. On the fifth call, I told them to stop. The following day, they instead emailed me a brochure for a second time [edit: yet another email arrived while I was writing this review]. It still didn’t have the prices on, which was all I wanted. It was academic by this point anyway, as I’d as already bought chairs from another company who don’t low pressure sell, and I’m very happy with them. Going by their publicity material their target market appears to be people much older than me (I was looking to buy chairs for a senior person), and, sadly, this sales method seems to bear fruit for them.

I’m extremely happy with both customer service and delivery service

I’m extremely happy with both customer service, initial visit, and recliner chair delivery today. Order number SRC13751. Delivery crew, Matt B (32) and Andy P (17) phoned me prior to delivery with time due to arrive. Arrived dead on time. Removed damaged recliner and replaced with new reclining chair. Explained usage clearly and answered questions I put to Matt. Felt extremely comfortable with their prompt, polite, respectful service. As homebound disabled customer they were extremely polite, helpful and respectful. Will recommend Recliner Factory to all my family and friends.

Very satisfied customer

My wife and I were very pleased by the initial demonstration given by Simon Williams your representative, when he called he explained all the attributes and specific details of the chair. He gave us a delivery time of Two to Four weeks. As promised,the chair was delivered on the 30th May exactly 4weeks, well done! .The chair was Assembled and delivered by Stuart and Kian,they were extremely efficient and demonstrated how the chair works, and left us very satisfied with their performance. We would have no problem in recommending your company to any possible customers.Overall your performance is excellent.
