After 3 weeks I am still waiting for…

After 3 weeks I am still waiting for the replacent light for the reclining chair as the one supplied is faulty. They sent a padded envelope for me to return the faulty unit which has been done yet 3 weeks later no light no apology no customer care, To say I am dissapointed would be an understatement, the only course open to me now is to make an official complaint! Same old story they have your money so they could not care less.

Reclining Chair Saves the Day

I broke my leg on Christmas Eve and returned home from hospital on New Years Day. While in hospital I called The Recliner Factory and to my amazement they were working on New Years Eve. They were able to offer me a chair from stock and delivered it 3 days after I returned home. Without their great service I would be spending my time healing in discomfort. Now I have a wonderful reclining chair to relax in. I can commend their product and service unreservedly.

Great recliner chair, poor customer service with regards to delivery date.

We recently purchased a new chair for my mum, and although the quality of the chair is excellent, the communication from the customer service team with regards to securing a delivery date was very poor. The first delivery date they gave me was not acceptable so I contacted them to try to arrange an alternative day. They said they would ring me back when they'd found out when the delivery team would be next in our area, they failed to ring back. When I didn't hear from them I contacted them to find out what was happening and they said they would ring me straight back. This didn't happen so I rang them again. It's a shame that the customer service can't seem to get their act together, because their products are very good.
