The sales team was efficient and not pushy, made us feel relaxed and he listened to what we wanted. Delivery and installation was amazing the men were happy to help in every part of the delivery. From consultation to delivery took just 2weeks amazing service.

My mother made one contact for a quick cost with this company and then was harassed for months by phone. Eventually they got their foot through the door and emailed an appointment through. My mother is 83, frail, deaf and can be a little slow in the uptake plus not great eyesight. However, he asked her if she was capable of making these decisions on her own and she said yes. Anyone who met her would not think this. The fact she cannot hear should have been a giveaway. So, he sold her a bespoke chair at nearly £4k. He never discussed other options. We have spoken to them and they said she never asked about other options so they went straight for the bespoke chair-of course the most costly of options. By end time he left she had signed a contract for an unknown amount but believing she was getting 50% off. The unknown amount was almost £4k and there was no 50% off. Their response is that she agreed that she didn't need anyone with her and that the contract was binding. Shame on you Alex. Shame on you Recliner Factory. A deaf, frail, half blind woman had a strange man harass his way into her house after months of calls and then feels pressured into signing a contract. A contact for goods she was not sure on and for a price she did not know. Plus she was lead to believe she was getting 50% off. Legally you may think this is OK but morally, when you're business that deals with the elderley and the vulnerable, this is a disgrace and people need to know. PLEASE PROTECT YOUR VULNERABLE RELATIVES FROM THESE PRESSURE SALES, COWBOYS. Do not use these people. I have emailed you to follow up. Please do not approach my mother. She is distraught and down £4k.

My experience with the recliner factory has been excellent from my first phone call to the installation. The people were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend. The salesman Richard was brilliant with my 87year old mother. The installers Stuart and Brian were also brilliant. Top marks.

I contacted the company online to ask for a brochure. I must admit that alarm bells rang when they insisted I give a telephone number but I went ahead. With 24 hours my husband started to receive calls (I was at work) trying to make an appointment to visit and demonstrate with a chair. He was really worried by the calls and said he wanted to talk to me first so they said they would pencil in a date and time and left a number we could call to cancel. I rang this number as soon as he told me and found it was not attainable and when I tried ringing the number as shown on our phone it went through to BT and was never answered. I ave had to go through the online chat to cancel all future contact. It amounts to harassment and as such I would never use this company. I must say that Morgan on online chat was helpful.

Bradley came to do a demo for a bathlift.He must be good because we decided to buy from him. A very pleasant man easy to talk to.

The two delivery men Darren and Craig were extremely pleasant and made contact regarding delivery time and fully explained the product and were able to answer my questions satisfactory. Well done Darren and Craig
