I had to wait longer for the bed than the salesman suggested but when it arrived the installation team led by Craig were fast and efficient. They removed my old bed and put the new bed up very quickly. I've only had one night in the bed and therefore just getting used to it but already my back pain is improved

I purchased a refurbished Windsor chair with arm covers and a power table. 4 months after delivery I had trouble with the riser mechanism which sounded like falling scaffold. I called the company and 3 days later the engineer turned up and did a bit of greasing and the noise subsided. 3 weeks after my warranty for 1 year only ran out the same fault occurred but twice as bad. I called the company and they wanted £130 callout fee for inspection and if necessary return chair to factory for inspection and repair at my cost which would have run into hundreds. I refused to pay and they hung up. On 17 March 23 the whole riser system on my chair collapsed and injured me leaving a chair no longer working. I contacted the factory by text and told them what had happened and so far have had no response. I had the underneath of the chair looked at and it was in bits. I told the factory the chair that cost £2300 was a load of rubbish and that was exactly where the chair was headed to the council tip. When it comes to repairs and maintenance all Kingswood Corporation Ltd the people who deal with the finance of these chairs are interested in is charging you as much as possible. They refused to extend my warranty at the point of purchase. In my original review I gave them a good report, how wrong can you be.

Brian and Stuart brought the new chair in without any fuss. Placed it in position and went through all the operation with my wife and left us clean and tidy and both happy.
