Excellent service from start to finish , demonstration was great, order was seamless and quick , delivery was prompt , good communication about times . Delivery by Matt and Paul was brilliant , removed old chair installed new one carefully. All instructions explained and shown for ease of use, cannot fault these very pleasant delivery guys . All in all a faultless 5 star experience and you dont get that often these days .

Very efficient service from Craig and Darren (the installers) bed was delivered ahead of schedule, assembled and instructions explained very clearly on the day. A very comfortable bed and very easy to use, would recommend.

Very happy with the service that we received from The recliner factory. From the Salesman Onkar visiting us to discuss my husband’s requirements and demonstrate the recliner to the lovely lads who delivered it. (Simon19 & Mark35) we cannot fault our experience with this company. Onkar was very professional and made sure that the chair would be suitable for my husband. Delivery was earlier than expected and Simon and Mark were very courteous. They even moved furniture around for me and took an old chair away. That’s what I call good service. My husband Mike is very happy with his chair. I would definitely recommend Recliner factory for anyone looking for a made to measure recliner.

I contacted them for an appointment over the phone, and arranged a date, I had a confirmation email with the wrong date on. I emailed back to change to required date, and had a confirmation email with the wrong surname on! I rang and cancelled my appointment, and subsequently I had a representative call out on the initial wrong day! I explained the whole situation, including that I had purchased from another supplier, and then had a phone call asking how the call out had gone! Totally inept.

I phoned to enquire about a ballpark price for 2 recliner chairs for my elderly parents. The lady I spoke was most polite and explained that they are unable to give a ballpark price as each chair is bespoke to the individual customer. I asked if they have a showroom on site at their manufacturing facility in Brierley Hill, I was thinking of taking my parents there to look. The lady explained that they don't have a showroom or any "middlemen" and that way they are able to keep their prices low. The way you get a price is with a visit by an executive who will measure each individual and quote. I may be wrong but this practice rings an alarm bell with me and is somewhat reminiscent of the likes of selespersons from many double glazing companies or Kirby vacuum cleaners. I said I would be looking elsewhere as I cannot accept they are unable to give any idea of price on the phone.
