I'm writing on behalf of my Mother; she is in a Care Home and now has a new chair made to measure by The Recliner Factory. She absolutely loves the chair and it's difficult to get her out of it. She quite often sleeps in it during the day. It's early days as she's only had it for a month, but I expect it to stand up well to the use it will get. The salesman, Peter demonstrated the chair very well as to it's integrity, without being pushy. I think it's rather expensive, hence the 4 stars, but still a very good investment as I hope it will benefit other members of the family in the future. Excellent product and delivered within about 2 weeks from time of order. Highly recommend the company. Many thanks.

Chair looks great and is comfortable. The only thing that we have now discovered is the gadget to make the chair rise and fall is too near the front of the chair. My mother has a bad back and cannot stretch forwards to get it.

thought the two chairs were very expensive after compering them with other companies and we still have not received our guarantee for guardsman protection

From demonstration to delivery and assembly i can not fault the recliner factory...expensive but you pay for th quality of what you get.. well worth the money. Thank you guys for all you done!
