I purchased a recliner chair for my elderly mum who was struggling to get out of her armchair. My experience of the company has been very good from the original sales representative through to the installation engineers. The chair arrived on time as promised and and matches the original suite almost perfectly. Mum is very pleased with it and it’s made life easier for both of us. I purchased a malvern riser recliner chair in january 2020. The salesman quoted £3250 pounds which was a rediculous price,After much dicussion the price dropped to £1607.00.On hindsight this basic malvern chair is still overpriced by at least £500.00.The delivery service was good apart from the chair came without arm covers which cost a extra £100.00 and took 2 weeks to arrive.I am just hoping that i do not have any problems with this chair during the 12 month warranty as i do not believe this Reciner Factory product is worth the price i paid.
