Excellent service, found the chair that suits me the best. Short time from ordering and delivery considering it’s custom made! Not impressed with the light but it is still useful, just not bright enough for my sewing needs which is a pity. Otherwise very pleased & relieved to have a comfortable chair at last!

Excellent service right from the start. Brad, the representative was very easy to talk with and explained all the additional add- ons that were available, along with a range of fabrics to choose from. My beautiful chair arrived just over a week later and was positioned in just the right place. Everyone I spoke to at the Recliner Factory was very pleasant and helpful and I am very happy with my beautiful new riser/recliner chair. Definitely 5 stars. 😍

We are delighted with the new chair, and the service, a bit longer to get it than was told, but worth it in the end.

Mostly good, as planned but the chair was left with the wrong hand set and the light on the chair could not be used. This was resolved quite quickly after calling customer service and asking to speak to a supervisor.

Excellent service, rep visited on time, no pressure and did go out of his way to meet our wishes Chairs are very comfortable even if my wife's feet don't quite touch the floor!. The recliner is very easy to operate but we still await the head cushion which somehow we forgot to order. We also await the casters which the driver thought were out of stock and he would remind you. The chairs are very easy to move on our laminate floor, In fact too easy to move! Once again thank you for your service and we will have no hesitation in recommending you. Mr and MRs TCook

We ordered at £2,600 chair for my 86 year old, frail, vulnerable, Parkinson’s-suffering, mother-in-law. Delivery would be 3-4 weeks the salesman said. Since then it’s been a catalogue of disasters. The salesman sold us an option which he then said was not available and the chair had to be re-made. We had to keep chasing the office for updates. Meanwhile my mother-in-law kept asking “Where’s my chair?” Eventually after 6 weeks the chair has arrived. Even the delivery was 2 hours later than promised. We asked for compensation and got £75 off (2.9% of the sale price). We will not be using The Recliner Factory again. Raised expectations were not met. The customer service was appalling. Not recommended.
