This chair has been a godsend. My disabled husband can now move straight from the chair to his frame without help. It runs very smoothly and if there is one fault it is that the control has an infuriating hook on it which gets caught in all sorts of places. The staff have been extremely helpful.

Very pleased with my chairs (2recliners + 1 sofa) excellent service especially the two delivery men who assembled the chairs, only downside no instruction Ieft as to how unsemble them if have to be moved ie moving house etc

My mam is loving her new recliner, it has helped in lots of ways and hoping dad will decide to purchase one aswell.in the near future

I purchased an adjustable bed from you a few months ago and would like to praise the quality of your product and the service I received. I am so pleased that I had the bed over the last few months as I have not been able to get out and the massage system has helped me relax so much. The chap who demonstrated the bed explained how the massage and adjustability would help me feel more comfortable and he was absolutely right. I have recommended this company to all my friends. Two stars for speed of response in arranging a visit during lockdown. Salesperson was supposed to be adhering to Government guidance, but kept removing gloves to operate tablet computer, mask didn’t cover nose. Presentation I understood to be an hour was in fact 2+ hours, and then I had to hurry him out. Prices astronomical, but suddenly shrank From £3700 to £1900 without logical explanation. I made it very clear to the salesman from the outset that I was not going to make decision about an order on the day, but he clearly did not want to hear this but persisted with different offers. I think this is called an attempt at hard sale. Product presented as “bespoke” but didn’t overly impress. Definitely a no sale as far as I’m concerned

Overall very pleased with both the chair and speed of delivery. I however feel the design of the controls needs to be rethought out. I purchased the additional vibration feature. This requires an extra hand control but you have not provided for the storage of this unit when not in use. In addition, it is all too easy to trap the control cable for tilt mechanism between the seat and arm rest. I have not been provided with an official 3 year guarantee form.

All in all a very pleasant experience with a great service and a quick delivery of our seats. Very comfortable and would recommend to anyone looking for a stylish and very easy seat to sit in.
