Very professional service from start to finish

Excellent product delivered and set up in very good time.

From the initial visit for a quotation to the delivery of the finished product, we were kept fully informed of the progress, and the finished article met all expectations.

The chair is fine. Very expensive compared with others on the market. However, their service is appalling. I ordered a chair on thrir "fasrt track" delivery; I expected it about 10 days after the order eas placed. When I checked to confirm the delvery I was told by the sales manager that I should not have been told 10 days and my chair was due to be delivered on the following Tuesday, exactly 2 weeks after the order. On that Tuesday, I called to confirm the time to be told that it was not going to be delivered that day and I should have received a call on ther Monday to let me know the situation. I did not receive a call After numerous calls it finbally arrived on the Thursday of the week after it was expected. I would never use this comany again. Virtually no customer service and what there was was nonsrnse about a machine that had broken and took nearly a week to be repaired.
