Great chair, comfortable. nice fabric. love all the features. we have the vibrate, recline options, wheelchair access (Removable armrest) and armrest options.

my mum is absolutely over the moon with her new chair the guys that delivered it were so very kind and helpful making sure she was comfortable and felt safe in it, very polite. Unfortunately I did have concerns about the rep that came out to show my mum the chair although this was an obligation free quote I felt if I hadn’t have been with my parents they would have been pressured into buying. I reported this to the company and it was swiftly dealt with by the regional manager how was incredibly apologetic on behalf of himself and the company. End of the day my mum is happy and I would certainly recommend this company

The reason I gave 4 stars is because the wire makes it a tripping hazard and also takes away from the look of the chair.
