Lovely people, nice product, really lives up to expectation. Definitely not cheap but real investment.

To start with mark on back of chair gentleman took photo we were contacted within the week saying they would bring a new back out and swap it . Now we have had a call to say you are coming to collect the chair and take back to the factory. Mr Newman is seriously ill and can not be without his chair if you cannot do what you previously offered you can refund me some of my payment as a good will gesture.

I have written to you to praise the outstanding service and prompt attention I received . the chair is wonderful and for the first time I have comfort sitting . My chronic back condition meant I had to spend most of my time in bed for pain relief so this chair has given me the support I need to enable me to join the family downstairs. Mr Bradley Jordan certainly made an excellent job of measuring the chair to suit me he was very patient explaining the benefits during the consultation. He really was outstanding ,his expertise and friendly manner are a great asset to your company.

Needed a top notch chair for dad, as he spends all his waking hours in it. Got quick service and a quality product from The Recliner Factory. All personnel dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and considerate of dad's needs and wishes. The chair cost a lot of money, but I believe he got what he paid for.

Service was excellent from start to finish. Demonstration was very good and not over pushy, Delivery was quick and well carried out. the chair its self is wonderful just what I need.
