Great customer service I was concerned we were not going to receive this sofa in time for Xmas and considering we just purchased off the website back in September and never sat on it, we are so pleased with the quality of it. I phoned customer service to check and they doubted we would get it in time, but they pulled out all the stops and kept me updated as to the progress of my sofa. Highly Recommend.

Really pleased with the quality of the sofa, it looks great. The only reason I didn't go for 5 stars is because it took four weeks to get a delivery date.

The seating stuffing is incorrect and very uncomfortable which we have to endure for 2 months before they are able to change it. Incredibly disappointing as spoilt our experience of the sofa.

The sofa is great, and having the option of a modular and customizable design made an enormous difference.

We love our couch! Much bigger than our last one so we may be biased and it is much comfier. Only criticisms I could give is the back of the couch feels a bit too easy to break, like if I fell into it my foot would go through it and the gaps between the cushions.
