Subscribe, pay ... the account shows I have an active subscription, but also says 'no active subscription', so I've paid for a subscription I can not access ... and there is no response from email customer service or telephone line. Shame, because I think the classes are excellent.

Als Crossfit und Hyrox Enthusiast muss ich leider sagen, dass die Art und Weise, wie Lesmills Kurse durchgeführt werden, mir keinerlei Freude bereitet. Für mich ist das angeleitete Bewegungstherapie im Takt der Musik ohne jegliche Korrektur durch den Trainer, der im straffen Programm gar keine Zeit hierfür hat. Die Grundidee, dass alle Sportler zur gleichen Zeit die exakt gleichen Bewegungen und Reps machen ist komplett falsch. Es ist ausgeschlossen, dass ein 2m Mann und eine 1.60m Frau im gleichen Takt und in der gleichen Geschwindigkeit die gleiche Anzahl von z.B Squads machen. Das funktioniert physiologisch einfach nicht. Völliger Unsinn, der auch noch Verletzungen fördert.

Last year I used Les Mills Vic Park and I’d highly recommend, great equipment and sufficient space, awesome class options, good coaches and friendly teams. My rating is based on my experience with Les Mills Newmarket. The class timing and options are avg, the parking isn’t ideal, the hairdryers etc are always out of order. I was on a flexible membership purely because of my work. The membership is a one weeks notice period and they made me give a full paid months notice. Would not rejoin Newmarket.

LM On Demand signature increased 100% from 2024 to 2025, that is a shame. I even got a discount of 33% , still it is too much! First of all, Les Mills must understand that people who oft subscribe is ALSO paying GYM membership. On Demand was born after the pandemic, as an option for people to train at home. And so it is: a plan B for people training at home or travelling. Second, the app is very limited, the conection is poor, it runs very slowly, often the training which I select "is not available in my region" then I need to choose another one. The "search" option must be improved. Also there is no option like in many other training apps to see the training history, show statistics like number of trainings, hours, type of trainings, that would be a value added. I will wait until LM they review their price, currently is overestimated, even for being Les MiIlls. And listen! There are many other good options out there!

Les Mills is quite simply the best gym in Christchurch. Excellent facilities and classes with very friendly staff.

Les Mills Should have ladies at the gym Monday and Wednesday Friday and Sunday and the guys Tuesday Thursday and Saturday that's my opinion to keep guys from looking at ladies bum's and tits. guys in their car's wow Mamma. God dam what are Rush. the car's weight 15000kg and put a man in the car there body weight 250 pounds back in Egypt if you try to build a pyramid. then that's how much you weigh. I wonder why the guys are packing on the pound should have gone to Les Mills or called Jenny kraig.

my membership went from $91 a year to $45 a month!!!! Cancelled immediately. I hate being ripped off! Grrr!
