Ordered the supersize jewellery box just before Christmas which turned up in a few days of ordering. I left it in the packaging and wrapped it in the box for my other half. Opened on Christmas day and we noticed damage to one of the stacks. I emailed straight away and received an email back on the 27th from Hannah which was followed up by Lauren offering a replacement right away with absolutely no hassle what so ever... I can honestly say it is the best customer service I have ever received. Very happy and will definitely recommend.

Amazing quality and colour! It was made to a very high standard and it arrived early too around the xmas period. The present was for my boyfriend who was really happy with his gift.

I love stackers and the set we purchased for our daughter at Christmas in grey was lovely. Well packaged and arrived quickly. However, I also purchased a couple of extra layers for an old set in oatmeal which was the nearest colour to the set I have and was disappointed at how different the colour was compared to my original set. Every time I add to my set the colours and lining change I have 3 different tones now which does look a bit strange. Wish the colour had stayed the same.

Bought my wife a second stack of jewellery shelves to match a set of the same that she had bought herself a few years ago. It arrived in good condition and a few days quicker than expected. Perfect Match so both she and I are delighted. Suppose I'll have to buy her some more jewellery to fill the gaps :)
