Great product Xmas gift from my hubby .organised all my jewellery now I can actually see what I have .only negative it arrived in packaging with stackers printed all over so kinda spoilt the surprise.

Staff (Will in particular!) were so helpful when my order couldn’t be placed due to location issues and they had it fixed for me so quickly. Was ordering a large travel jewellery box for my mum for Christmas and she loves it! She couldn’t wait to transfer her jewellery over from her old one. Thanks again!!

The woman's watch box does not fit women's watches, the cushions are far too large, and will inevitably damage the watches over time if you do them up. The return is relatively easy but it should be made clear before check out that its a £4 return charge, I would have ordered from another retailer had I known. The products are of good quality and look very nice but unfortunately if they don't work for their intended use they are all but useless.

I ordered 2 sets of the same stackers with monogram initials . The top layers in taupe were perfect but one of the bottom layers - a layer to hold bracelets was a cream colour so different to the top taupe layer. So it looks wrong. Ordering, delivery, cost etc was fine - I just got a different/wrong coloured second layer.
