After DPD falsely claimed to have delivered my parcel when I wasn’t even home, Will from customer service did an incredible job at getting another order sent out pronto via Royal Mail without any hesitation. As a customer that was convinced my item had been stolen but couldn’t do much to prove it, they quickly reassured me and made sure I wasn’t out of pocket. Thank you Stackers, I will be 100% recommending you to friends and family!

Received a jewellery box from you today. It’s a Christmas present for my daughter. I was disappointed when I opened the brown cardboard box to see it’s wrapped in a thin protective packaging material, not in a nice presentation box. First impressions mean a lot! I’ll reserve judgement on the box until it’s opened fully on Christmas Day.

I returned my jewellery box. They aren't cheap for what they are and they aren't particularly well made either! Was disappointed with the lack of assistance from customer services & the quite obstructive way they dealt with the issue. I wont be buying again from them, to return is not worth the hassle. Disappointing experience overall. Response to Stackers reply: I completed the survey I was sent at the time, so along with this review constructive feedback has already been given. It doesn't need repeating for you to action it... Hope it helps!

I do NOT recommend but when I make that selection it automates to "recommends" or won't let me leave my review. Any comments I leave on Facebook in regards to this are deleted. #dodgy. All of my jewellery has tarnished 🥺 it has never done this in any other jewellery boxes I have owned. I take amazing care of my jewellery (hence also spending so much on it's storage) and thousands of dollars of jewellery ruined 😭

I've ordered many things from this company and love every item I've bought. The styles are so simple but so elegant; in particular, the layout of the jewellery box layers are perfect for organising. So far, the jewellery boxes have kept my jewellery clean and untarnished. I will definitely buy again to add to my current box or if they release new or different products.

I purchased my Stackers back pack last year and fell in love with it! Unfortunately the bag got caught and the front pocket ended up ripping. I contacted customer service to see if they do any repairs and they gave me a label to send back. After my bag had been returned, they sent me a completely new one. I absolutely love the back pack and can't wait to make my next purchase. An extra special shout out to Anna who was extremely helpful during the whole process.

Around 2015 I purchased the mini jewellery box in white and was delighted with it until last year…. I noticed that the top layer had discoloured slightly, presumably due to the sun in my bedroom! I ended up throwing away the yellowed layer but recycled the bottom Watch and trinkets layer as a handy bits n bobs box on a shelf. I decided to start again and ordered a pebble grey Classic design your own jewellery box with 3 layers and my initials engraved in gold. I love how you can choose the layers depending on what jewellery you have. The bracelet layer is fab as it fits my Pandora and other bracelets/Bangles. The other layers are just as thoughtful with plenty of space for watches, earrings, rings etc! I keep a trinket tray near to it and quickly put my jewellery in it before bed or if I’m in a rush and love to then carefully put it away in my lovely, organised Stackers when I next have time. It’s a good feeling knowing where everything is and my jewellery is safe and easy to find. It also looks awesome on my dressing table. I’ve just ordered the Blush pink and grey make up organiser so I’ll post a review on it when it arrives! Whilst Stackers aren’t cheap, they are a considered purchase and well worth it. Even better that you can pay in 3 instalments. I look forward to organising my cosmetics tomorrow when my latest Stackers arrives!! Update: I received my Make up organiser yesterday and it’s absolutely brilliant. I can see exactly where all my make up is and all my brushes are kept together. No more scrabbling around in a large make up bag! The drawer glides open and shuts with ease making it a pleasure to use. Again, as with the jewellery box, it’s thoughtfully designed. It’s great having the option in the future to add another drawer underneath if required. Only slight issue which is my fault, is that I accidentally scratched the box with my nail whist removing the tissue paper….it’s barely noticeable but I would certainly advise to be careful! So I would rate 10/10 for this fab Item…I did look at other make up storage from other companies but the layout and design beats the others hands down!

I've been a customer for a few years now, therefore I have a long list of stackers products that I truly love! The quality is unrivalled even after years of usage, I've never had any breakages or damaged items, and there are so many wonderful colours to choose from. I now have a good variety of blush and taupe things for organising my jewellery and travelling :) I travel frequently, so the backpack, cable tidy, and wash bags are excellent for keeping me organised, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks for such an amazing product Stackers team :)

Love Stackers - highly recommend! I first got a small stackers travel jewellery box, few years ago, as a gift. I’ve taken that on trips around the world and it’s still as good as new - so convenient. After that I invested in the three of the large taupe jewellery box trays. That’s now a centre piece in my room and always gets compliments because it’s so beautiful! I store a mix of new missoma etc. products and old family inherited jewellery in there and it keeps everything in perfect condition (and super convenient for picking what I want to wear each day). More recently got the hanging bath bag and that has been a game changer for travelling! Also love the smaller pieces for gifting! Thank you so much Stackers - love everything!
