Poor materials
Bought the stackers weekend garment bag - after ONE use the leather tag came off three different zips and this was after minimal packing and mostly put in the car for transport, making the bag now very difficult to zip and unzip.

I have brought several stacker jewellery boxes for gifts and have always been thrilled with them. So for Christmas I ordered the storage boxes to use as fancy makeup boxes. Very versatile. Unfortunately DPD’s poor service meant I didn’t receive my order along with other things. But Will and Lauren were very helpful and a refund was issued. I managed to pick up what I wanted from my local John Lewis and would definitely purchase again. Lovely pieces that can be added to

Had to call this company as I made a mistake with my order. Customer service were really helpful. It was so nice to talk to a real person, who sorted out my problem efficiently. Also delivery was made within 5 days as they told me it would. Great service.
Helpful customer service; love the product
I placed an order for the weekend bag and then realized it had auto-populated the wrong delivery address. The customer service team were very helpful and quick to make the change for me. I've had the bag for a month now and love the features and quality of the bag and would definitely recommend.

I contacted this company on 26/12, now I totally understand that it was Boxing Day and didn’t not expect a reply straight away but it took 6 days to received a reply regarding discount and was told that the best price was on their website. Order placed and although it did state 3-5 day delivery, it said that orders placed before 1pm would be sent out the same day. Chased up the delivery 3 days later to be told that it hadn’t been sent out yet and wouldn’t be going for another 2 days. I explained that it was needed before that and could they send it out that day to be told no. I said that if they couldn’t do it I would have to cancel the order. Received a blunt reply saying that it won’t be sent sooner, order cancelled, refund issued. Found customer service very unhelpful and left without a present for a 50th birthday. Luckily Amazon to the rescue, same item from them delivered the next day.
These boxes tarnish your jewellery, beware!
I was so excited about these jewellery boxes and bought a 4-in-1 box set. Everything was going great till I noticed all my jewellery got tarnished within a month of using this box. Good quality jewellery, some new and some I’ve had for years that have never tarnished. After doing a search online it seems like it is happening to others too. I do not recommend buying these boxes, and really regret not looking them up on Trustpilot before purchasing.

I accidentally input the wrong address so called Stackers customer service ( was so happy it was a real human on the phone, a rare thing these days!) and managed to change it with in minutes. Product arrived and very happy with it. Will be shopping here again.
Great Customer Service
I ordered the engraved 4 stack for my wife, placed the order 13th Dec understandably a very busy time for the retail industry so I was not sure if I would get it in time for Christmas as I wanted my wife's initials on the lid of the box. Concerned about the delivery date in time for Xmas I contacted the stacker customer service team and was just blown away by how helpful they were. Provided me with a delivery date and time for my delivery. Brilliant service, would definitely recommend and use again.
Beware discounts misleading
I visited the site for the 1st time to purchase Christmas present. The over inflated prices were discounted for BF. When ordering I kept getting banner saying “sign up for newsletter to get 10% discount “ I did but when paying it did not deduct it. When checking I was told “ the offer should have been removed during BF” I feel misled as it’s not my fault the company couldn’t organise themselves. I will reserve judgement on item until it arrives.
Disgusting customer service from a company who doesn’t support NHS workers
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Emailed for a question regarding NHS discount, only to get a blunt reply back explaining whilst it is Black Friday that NHS discount won’t work, even when NHS discount would give slightly more off, than offers on Black Friday. When querying this with customer services, they were extremely unhelpful, rude and made me feel embarrassed to be querying about NHS discount. When someone finally saw sense in what I was saying regarding the difference in price, they offered a partial refund to ensure I was paying the right amount in light of NHS discount. I have since emailed to chase where this refund is, and it has not materialised. The long and short of it is this company does not support the NHS, has rude customer service, and cannot be trusted, when offering solutions to issues.
