I’ve had these jewellery boxes for years!! Love them and you can add to them as your collection grows. Recently purchased a new one and the lids are taller than the originals!! Not sure why they have changed the size of the lids. The size difference really bothered me so had to buy a new lid.

I gifted my bridesmaids the champagne bottle bags on my wedding morning, i added personalised initials for each of the girls. So impressed with the quality of them and the girls were obsessed!

Never received any money for my return of a defect product. The return has been confirmed as I have received a confirmation email for this on July 19th. Despite this, I have never received any money return for your defect product, and absolutely no response to my six e-mails! Appalling business praxis. Stay away - don't buy!

Nice enough jewellery boxes and storage but I purchased the sage coloured box and now every sage coloured accessory is sold out. I contacted customer service and they said they don't know when this colour will be restocked. Very disappointing as they seem to have every other colour in stock and I purchased this jewellery box with the intent to grown my collections and keep purchasing layers. I definitely would not have purchased this if I had known and its a shame because I want to spend more money with them...

Sent the parcel to a "pickup point" which involves a 45 minute drive and the courier didn't even attempt to deliver it as we were here the whole time. No-one came here and DPD deliver all the time. Even if we weren't here, they are supposed to just redeliver or provide an alternative delivery option first. If it's a gift, only order from Amazon who will actually deliver to your address. Especially if it's a birthday present.

I am leaving this review as someone who has owned a classic stackers jewellery box for around 6 years. The concept is great but I have to stress that they don’t last! All of the layers are degrading and the faux leather is peeling off in chunks. I don’t know how much longer I will be able to continue using it. I wish they could find a better method for coating the boxes as the idea and customisation options are great. I would not buy from them again based on the state my current jewellery box.

I cannot recommend this company more highly, the gentleman who I spoke to this morning, took customer service above & beyond. In all my time purchasing things online, I haven't received better service. I will definitely be a repeat customer. THANK YOU.

Have bought a few things as gifts in the past and the quality is always excellent. However, an item arrived faulty and the customer care was incredible. I simply sent a photo to show the damaged item and a new product was sent out the same day. Luke could not have been more understanding or helpful. I was really impressed as he went beyond my expectations.

The items I ordered are beautiful, and very good quality. After placing order, something was out of stock so Will emailed to let me know and then helped me reorder, amended my subsequent order because I got something wrong, and sent what I needed next day delivery because it was for a friend's birthday. Friendly, professional and efficient throughout. Very impressed.
