The box looks lovely. Originally asked for it as a gift to keep my jewellery organised. Within weeks all the jewellery tarnished, gold, silver, pandora, mimco,. All,of it, some is years old and some new and some has tarnished to the point that I can get it back to the way it was. I’ve never had this issue before with any jewellery box. It weird. Apparently others have experienced the same thing. For that reason I’d be hesitant to recommend

I emailed customer service and was replied to very quickly and the agent was friendly and helpful. Really happy with this!

Absolutely love my ‘create your own’ jewellery box! It’s really good quality and fits together perfectly. I think it’s great that you can choose the design depending on what sort of jewellery you’d have in it (e.g. I picked the ‘trinket layer’ as I tend to have more rings than anything else!). The delivery is fast, mine arrived within 2 days of placing my order, and was packaged really well to ensure the item arrived in one piece! It’s durable and very good quality, I’m so pleased with my product and definitely recommend this company!

I was excited to receive a new rucksack which I bought from Stackers for work. However, the zip on the bag (which cost £80+) broke after just a few uses! The zip came off with all my work stuff inside and I was forced to prize open the bag in my office and then carry everything home in a plastic bag. Very disappointed in the quality of this rucksack.

Really beautifully made jewellery box that allows for plenty of personalisation. Does the job and keeps all my jewellery safe and organised. It could just be due to the festive/COVID-19 period but my order was sent to the wrong address, and customer support took quite a long time to respond in regards to the incident. There were lots of confusion, repeat messages with different people - so much so I had to go retrieve the package myself as opposed to waiting for it to be re-delivered properly. Other than that, the product itself is great.

I just wanted to write a review, on behalf and request of my mum who doesn’t have the internet right now. Our family home burnt down today in a fire. Absolutely everything has gone to dust. However, her stackers was the only thing standing amongst the ashes and kept her jewellery completely safe and damage-free! Although she now needs a new set of stackers, she wanted to send her thanks for such a good quality product!

I originally bought the white supersized jewellery box stacker set and when it arrived it was more cream and with a beige interior - so rang up and got some advice from lovely Luke on the colour offerings and then rang again and got some delivery advice from Will. Both of whom were just fabulous and lovely to deal with! The new set is already on the way and should arrive prior to Christmas. Woohoo! A star customer service with this company so I will definitely return for the wonderful assortment they offer…

Absolutely disgusted in this company!! I have purchased a large 3 tier stackers jewellery box it was about $270 in Australia!!!! and I have only received 1 part of it!!!!! I have tried emailing to contact and see what is going on but I cannot get through to anyone the email bounces back and says there mailbox it full so can no longer except any emails! I have no other way to contact this company I have gone online to there website and it no longer exists the way it use to!!!! I want my money back or the rest of the parts I have paid for!!

I have been buying form this lovely small company for nearly 2 years, my first purchase was a lovely jewellary box (a present to myself) that was personalised. I was thrilled when it arived and am still thrilled today, I have since purchased 2 more for my daughters and had them personalised. I have 2 of thier backpacks, and in the last few weeks ive ordered an array of other items from travel jewelary boxes to a watch case and cable cases, wash bags and the quality never dissapoints and you get what you pay for, absolutely beautiful items, I have had a few missing items and the customer service from Will was 10/10 nothing was to much trouble and I was overwhelmed by their professionalism and customer care. I have reported the missing items and also arranged to return some items as I brought a variety of colours not knowing which I wanted, nothing had any faults, again all returns sorted and nothing was too much trouble. Im sorry to read the negative comments as this has not been my experience at any stage with this lovely little family run company and I would and will recommend them to friends with the confidence they will also have a good experiance.
