At each point, my query was dealt with and communicated by the customer care team in a very prompt, efficient and understanding manner - something that larger companies could learn a lot from. There was no lengthy queue and long waiting time to speak to someone and when they advised that they would ring me back with further advice, they did so very promptly with meaningful information. The staff also were friendly and understanding. All round excellent service.
