Great service, quick turnaround.

Although there is no Omega desk in the Christchurch airport, the airport staff helped me by calling them to pick me up. They arrived very soon. The car I rent is not a brand-new one, but it was easy and safe throughout the trip.

The car was in very good condition except that when we first got it, the car was filthy outside like it was not even prepared to be used. And no gps was included.

Excellent service from site level, clean well maintained car. Head office- Admin email had a negative tone and failed to read my initial email before replying. Disappointing. But the service from site level both Blenheim and Picton wonderful.

We booked a smaller car but got a bigger newer Toyota Rav 4 for the same price. They’d run out of smaller cars. No complaints, great outcome, friendly staff, very much appreciated.
