Speedy Phone Infrastructure Update
After needing a major tech update for my small business, I spoke to Nathan Brown who offered lots of knowledge and advice. Are you kidding? On hold for 25 mins, a 5 minute conversation and then you hang up! Do you need me to beg? Please please please can you deal with this. No-one has the time to deal with your company, it all takes so long. This is not a difficult issue. Rather than writing the standard apology, please can you call me so I can get on with something more enjoyable, like sticking pins in my eyes.
