The worst company.Moved my broadband to this company…

Moved my broadband to this company under the impression my early termination fee or most would be paid.After many phone calls and e mails and continuously being told it was being worked on I am still waiting. Then moved premises notified them with plenty of notice and it took them over a month to get it uo and running. Numerous phone calls,routers not arriving,e forms not working which in end didn't need and being constantly fobbed of.I dread phoning this company and I still have issues that need dealt with. Never had service like it totally appalling.

My in going complaint is still not been dealt with, promised calls that never happen to the extreme 6 call in one day !!! Harassment to say the least. Currently taking legal advice as this company is at fault and have almost admitted it with a £100 good will offer but still expect me to pay hundreds of pounds I do not owe!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Joke of customer service

Joke of customer service Moved premises and still got charged with DD 2/3 times, even after completing their document that stated I have moved. Phoned every single month to check if they've received it response "we're on it, sorry we're busy and we'll get that sorted" six month on refund still not been issued and its only "getting processed now". Bare in mind every time I've phoned I had to wait at least 20/30min minimum to get through and after last call asking to speak to the manager after waiting 20/30min they've just hanged up on me. Bare in mind I've tried to switch to their business in new premises but they stopped doing only water for their customers.

I have my card machine and business…

I have my card machine and business insurance with clear business. I was hoping to have the broadband too but unfortunately this couldn't be done. Spoke with Courtney who was extremely professional and helpful, and called me back at the time specified. Grat customer service. I would definitely recommend Clear business.

We keep being threatened with debt…

We keep being threatened with debt collectors threat to have our phone line cut off ,we do not have a contract with you we do not have a phone line with you . Tried phoning sent Emails still getting threatened as above Regards John D

Mis-sold contract / extremely high cancellation fee

I was mis-sold a contract when signing up for Broadband only, being told I could add on Gas, Water & Electric at a discounted rate. When I called to add on Gas, Water & Electric, I was told I was unable to. I also needed to change my broadband to a new address at the same time, as was told I was unable to do so as the same broadband could not be proivded. I am being charged nearly £800 to leave clear business due to the sale of property, and after requesting a call log (for the mis-sold contract and previous discussions) I have received no communication regarding this. I have called the change of tenancy department numerous times to cancel payments, until this has been rectified, and either the line keeps getting cut off when I challenge these issues, or no one seems to call me back. I would like my payments stopped, and for this to be looked into as a matter of urgency as this is now causing me a huge amount of stress. I have been mis-sold, over charged, and promised something that I was told later, that I was unable to do.
