That was the best phone call I have ever had dealing with any company Ben was 10/10 I normally don’t stay on the calls and make an excuse to end it that’s the reason why I have not renewed my contract and paying high prices need more people like him on the end of a phone *****5 stars all round

I will never return to this company

Signed up to this company when they were Unicom and for the first 2 years great. Suddenly my Gas and Electric bill rocketed. When i checked with them they had not emailed me about my end of contract and had sent a letter to the wrong address. Accepted no responsibility but took £800 plus. Signed me to a new contract within 7 days after i had shopped around i called them to cancel. I was told that i didn’t have a cooling off period and i was signed to another 12 Months with bills of £500 a month (Profiteering) After i managed to escape and now have bills of £220 a month i was shocked to find that they have increased my broadband to £70 the broadband is horrific, i opt to move to another company and i receive an email saying i owe them £500+ to leave. Absolutely the worst company out there as my title says i will never return to this lot even if they were the last company on earth. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Im currently on hold for the 3rd time today whilst writing this review. Why can you give 0 star? For 8 months this company has been stealing £100+ a month from my account for our old business. We moved all our services over to the new shop and still paying for electric at old shop as well as the new one. Every time I call up to complain and speak to a manager 'They cant get hold of one? which leads me to believe that they don't care about complaints or customers I spend 1 hour each time waiting on hold only to be cut off or be told that a manager will call be back within 24hrs No one calls you back and when i do have another hour to waste my time I call back and no one has any records of me calling. I've resorted to recording my own calls now. If I wasn't tied into a contract with this TERRIBLE company I would 100% go to someone else AVOID AT ALL COST is my advice ** UPDATE** 3 days on and still not received a phone call back from a manager
