If I could have scored less I would…

If I could have scored less I would have. Bills are unclear to the point you have no idea what you are charged. Asked for Smart meter but never got it. Made 2 complaints and heard nothing from either. Staff are unwilling or unable to respond to queries and just churn out standard responses. Nobody ever phones back until I cancelled the direct debit. I have been trying to sort this out for aver a month. I am convinced that I have been overcharged over a long period of time fro electric and water. Finding it all very stressful.

Christine was extremely helpful in advising us on how to deal with an ongoing water rates issue with another provider. She was polite and thorough and has hopefully put us on the right path to eventually resolve a two year plus ongoing issue.

Unclear business

They are good unless anything different happens. Customer services in South Africa are very polite and seemingly helpful but don’t follow up. Make notes on the account but don’t actually do anything. Extremely frustrating
