Not worth a 1☆. Sold my business and informed this tin pot company the new owners details. 4 months later still getting phone calls saying I owe money and still down as the business owner, after been told 1000000 times the changes and that I settled my bill. Everytime someone rings i have to go through same story as they haven't any trace of the previous phone call or what has been said. Customer Service is the worst I have dealt with in all my life. I have handed my case to the financial ombudsman who is dealing with it. Please, please please do NOT use this company.
Terrible Service - Avoid Clear Business
I'm writing on behalf of company Constantine Dz Ltd. We’ve had one of the worst experiences with Clear Business, and we feel compelled to share it. Our journey with this company has been filled with unreliable service, unprofessional handling of complaints, and poor communication. Service Issues Initially, the internet connection was fine for the first few months of the contract. However, after that, the quality deteriorated drastically: 1. Frequent disconnections. 2. Speeds far below the agreed terms (paying for 60 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload, but often receiving less than half). 3. No resolution to these issues despite multiple complaints. When we finally decided to switch providers in mid-2024, we discovered (thanks to a technician from my new provider) that the external internet line was physically damaged—a fault that Clear Business never identified or resolved during the entire time we were with them. Customer Support Nightmare Dealing with their customer service was exhausting and unproductive. We spent countless hours on hold, often waiting 2-3 hours just to speak to someone. Each time, we had to repeat the story to different assistants, who gave me conflicting or unhelpful information. When finally managed to file a formal report, we were assured they would investigate and get back to me. This never happened. Unfair Termination Charges After switching providers (due to Clear Business’s inability to provide a usable service), we were hit with a demand for a hefty early termination fee. Instead of addressing my complaints or attempting to resolve the matter, they passed the account straight to a solicitor. The solicitor, who had no knowledge of the situation, demanded proof of our service issues. Clear Business has all our phone call records, where we repeatedly reported these problems, yet they completely ignored this and left us to defend ourselves without support. Overall Experience Clear Business has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic respect for their customers. Their failure to address issues, combined with their aggressive debt collection tactics, has made this one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. If you’re considering Clear Business for your internet service, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. The stress and wasted time are simply not worth it.

Been back and forward with this company for about 4 months now been charged about 100 pound a month for something i aint been using so open reach came out and adress was wrong so rescheduled it and waited another month for openrrqxh to attend on the mean time as my line wasnt active it was our of rate and i was geting charged sily amount so last month we got it sorted out and got thw fiber up and running i was told when the line is active i will go on to my normal rate what i agreed on my contract so i just received my bill and now its 120 pound for this month im genuinely sick and tired of this company and will take legal action as we hhave agreed on a price and signed the contract so either re inburst me or make sure your ready for the out come i must say one of the worst companies i have worked with!!!

Moved into a new home in October where unfortunately the previous owner had energy supplied by Clear Business since they were running a business historically. Since I'm not a business, I wanted to move to a standard residential supplier. It turns out simpler to get the Earth to spin in the opposite direction. Countless lengthy calls with individuals that didn't seem to know what day it was most of the time. All I wanted was a final bill for the period between when I moved in and my new supplier taking over. Clear Business sent me a bill on commercial rates 6 times over the Ofgen price cap. Shocking levels of customer service, non-existent communication.

Do not use this company
Three months ago I ceased trading, this company are STILL sending me bills for my business. They CLEARLY do not listen or communicate. I am having to speak to a doctor as a result of the anxiety I am suffering because of them. This is my 3rd negative review and I will continue each month until somebody does something, it’s all well and good responding with pre defined text to these reviews but actions speak louder I’m afraid! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
