Keep well clear! I have had various business utilities with Clear Business for a few years. All the failures, too many to list here have resulted in me moving, or at least trying to, all of the accounts to other companies. Basically the organisation and its systems are in complete chaos. It's totally fine if everything runs smoothly or you don't what to switch away from them. Every issue I've had has been mis handled and with one exception every member of staff has never followed through with a job or assurance to correct mistakes. They have routinely overcharged me, objected to account switches, blatently lied never replied to emails and caused endless stress and frustration. I cannot estimate the number of endless hours I have spent on the phone, usually to a different staff member every time mostly without satisfaction. As I said earlier one member of the customer service team has been a godsend, Lorna. She now calls me on a weekly, sometimes daily basis and has tried her best to sort the still ongoing problems out. I can't wait to be finished with them! This review has been prompted by another objection to moving an electricity account away from them after assurances that my account is marked for 'do not object'. I now expect to be on the phone for another hour today!

Spoke to Jess and Jemal and both very helpful and made the call a very pleasant and easy experience, sorted out new contacts for me plus added on my mobile phone and card machine for my business. Very impressed with the service, I will highly recommend Clear Business to others.

Great customer service from Christine Sands - she made me aware of the wide range of services available from Clear Business which I was not aware of. Looking forward to future proposals in respect of these various services (i.e. telephone systems, energy, business insurance) once we are in the relevant window for renewal. We are customers for water rates and are extremely satisfied with the service and indeed the price.
