Avoid at all costs!!! Clear business quoted me £36 a month and are charging me almost £80 per month. My bills are consisted or jargon and hidden fees. Customer services are useless. They either cut you off or transfer you to another department who never answer. I have now been trying to discuss my bill since last month and are no further forward.

I have just switched my business broadband and card payment provider to Clear Business after speaking with Anthony. Although the broadband wasn’t the cheapest, it worked out a saving overall with their much more competitive card transaction rates than my current provider. Anthony was really helpful throughout the call and answered all my questions. My products haven’t been installed yet so I can’t comment on the ongoing service yet but the onboarding was very good. Awful company after father’s sudden death
Awful company - my dad (their customer) died suddenly at the start of Nov 2024 and I called to inform them and cease the contract. provided death cert as requested and made final bill payment. This company CONTINUE to send invoices to his widow demanding money, I have phoned 5 times now and they insist it is sorted but they are lying to me, and continue to send letters and texts in my father’s name. Will be contacting the ombudsman for harassment. Clear Business if you would like to sort this out please reply!!
