Spoke to Jessica today who was extremely helpful and talked me through the process of prices for the card machine . We then completed the application which Jess made very easy to do . Also talked me through how to click on emails and submit info on the emails she was sending me . It was a very easy to do with her guidance with a friendly manner . It was a pleasure to speak with her today .

A simple request to close our account was resolved in two telephone conversations with the Executive Complaints Handler after months of trying to speak to the right person in your Customer Services Team!

Having just opened my first small business, I’m appalled by how money hungry Clear Business and other suppliers truly are. As someone who wasn’t familiar with the whole Change of Tenancy process in regards to commercial property, I wish it had been made clear to me from the agents that I’d be charged such high rates for not opening a contract with them. I had no idea they were even the suppliers to the previous tenant until it was too late. My small business has taken a massive financial blow today as a result and I’m truly devastated at how they over charge people just trying to get off their feet. I had no idea what I was getting myself into with them.
