Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Apparently we owe money for a water bill but have never used them for this… Niw we also owe money for WiFi and a phone line which we did use them for. However, they have never worked effectively and we have had to take our business to another provider. We lost lots of customers due to this and they now want me to pay for breaking the contract for a service that never worked!!! Do not use them they are cowboys!!!

My last review was 16th October and unfortunately nothing has been resolved. I’ve tried calling them a ridiculous amount of times but always seem to get cut off. I emailed and asked them to call me which to their credit they did. It was 16 days later but at least they called. It didn’t go well. After being passed on to a third person I got cut off again. Finally spoke to Megan and she sorted my problem instantly.

Do not trust this company. They mistakenly sent me a refund cheque issued to someone else's name instead of our company name. I've been chasing them for a resolution since April 2024, but there has been no response. Despite repeatedly calling and speaking to customer service, no one has been able to reissue the cheque to me.C

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, they will pass you from one department to the next with no clear resolution. I have tried calling countless times due to poor broadband but instead l am threatened with high cancellation fees with no support provided for the poor services they are offering me. I have asked for the issue to be escalated since 22/11/2024 and have been told a manager will be contacting me in 48 hours. To date no manager has called and it feels like my issue is being ignored and l am not a priority. The poor network has greatly inconvinienced me since the services went live on 08/11/2024 but l am being ignored. Avoid this company like a plague as it is the worst service provider and the customer support is appalling. They should take notes from other big companies that listen to customers instead of ignoring them and keep taking their money.

Don’t bother. Just open an account directly with Worldpay (Who is their processor as CB is a third party) and save yourself the hassle of dealing with 2 companies and being charged separately by both. Edit: I have sent the details requested. Please make it clearer to customers when signing up that they will be dealing with Worldpay too. I was told that CB had it’s own dashboard and that WP was only their supplier when applying. I had called CB team a few times with questions about my account and nearly all the time, they told me to call Worldpay directly. Example: to find out what my international card processing fees were. I have now opened an account directly with Worldpay who offer a 30 day rolling contract, unlike Clear Business who tie us up to min 12 months contract, with a termination fee of £10 per month. This experience has been an utter nuisance.
