Absolute terrible company

Absolute terrible company. Trying to change business details 3/4 months ago. Resulting in a phone line that is now restricted. Every time we speak to someone we get told something different. They haven't got a clue what is going on.

Excellent customer service

Clear Business provide genuine value for money offers on services. They let me know that my card rates were about to go up then got me a deal that actually saves me money. Excellent, friendly customer service. Ani was great and happy to take the time to talk me through the whole document process. And you get a contact email that actually works. I was made to feel a valued customer which is so important.

absolute awful internet I could never connect my computer to the broadband and when I phoned up each time I was told it must be my device thats the problem which I stated Ive never had problems with other providers in the past and they refused to send me an engineer out so Ive had no choice but to change providers I am now with sky and my computer connects straight away without any problems THANK FOR NOTHING CLEAR BUSINESS
