Help!!!This company is trying to rob me . I made agreement with this company for landline and broadband. I had lots of issue and problems. Never reached the customer services before 40-45 minutes. When i reached them , never solved my problems, then i cancelled my contract. They send me 720£ bill :)) And i have already paid more than 300£ , This means ,for 3 months service they are trying to charge me more than 1000£ . Even without the contract its 150£ per month. Still i can not take any feedback from their managers . DO NOT WORK WITH CLEAR BUSINESS

I would give minus five if I could. Hours spent on the phone, bullying techniques to make me pay for an estimated water bill of £.350 that in reality was a mere £.22. They suspended the other services I had with them as I paid 2 days BEFORE the bill due date. Credit control displayed bullying tactics and acted in a very unprofessional manner - and I didn't even owe them anything, it was a miscalculation on their part. Stay away if you can. I will leave as soon as I can.

I took out a mobile phone contract through Kinex a subsidiary of Clear Business and a month into the contract Clear Business have now took over the contract directly. Problems with billing from the beginning. Being charged for data and items not agreed to. Mobile line suspended but still charged for data usage. Very suspicious and underhand tactics. They should not be allowed to sell mobile phone contracts.

Shocking company to deal with, endless ongoing phone line issue.
I'm with them and have had no phone line for over 6 weeks. After the engineers couldn't fix the line after the 4th visit (waiting on access to where scaffloding currently is) All they needed to do was put a simple call divert in place until the line is fixed but I keep getting told it will take 3-5 days to go live (along with a £12 charge for the privilige) and yet, after that time has elapsed. Still no call divert. I have phoned this company probably 10-20 over the last 6 weeks and am no further along to sorting it out. passed from pillar to post and getting nowhere. They've now told me the call divert keeps getting rejected. Not my problem, just sort it out. Will be leaving as soon as possible. Possible court case for lost revenue
