I signed a deal with Clear Business for mobile and boradband

I signed a deal with Clear Business for my broadband and mobile, and they agreed to credit my new account since I had to pay the exit fee from my previous providers, which was £209. After a month, Lee Hull, the Chief Executive Officer of Clear Business, who helped me with everything, had to terminate my contract, which was for about £30 a month. I ended up paying my previous suppliers and the Next bill was over £100 when a contract together was around £53. When I tried to reach Lee Hull, they hung up on me a couple of times, wasted my whole day and said they would get in touch with me and never did! So I am now trapped with them for two years, paying hundreds and wasting my whole day talking on the phone with different people. Such con artists. Clear business is just horrible so don't waste your time on them.

Customer Care: 100 Stars We recently had to part ways with Clear Business after many years of excellent service. Unfortunately, an issue arose with their card processing system through Worldpay that couldn’t be resolved at the time. However, they immediately took responsibility, apologised sincerely, and worked with us throughout the process. Despite the circumstances, their customer care was exemplary. They were incredibly helpful, always answered the phone promptly, and demonstrated a level of honesty and professionalism that’s rare to find. We’re pleased to say we’ll be continuing our relationship with Clear Business by moving our electricity supply to them in the near future. A special mention to Adam Froggatt for his outstanding support—truly a credit to the company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Clear Business (Kinex) failed to cancel my line rental when I transferred to BT. I disovered payments were still coming out of my account several months into the transfer. When I spoke to ClearBusiness they promised to cancel these payments. They refused any responsibility and did not offer any other option than charging full for line rental despite the fact BT owned the line. At the time they had the cheek to use my enquiry to try to cross-sell further services to me! Several months later, ClearBusiness has continued to request payments - which bounced. Now they have a credit agency chasing me for payment, with daily, distressing texts coming my way, with text threatening my credit rating may be damaged. I called ClearBusiness to explain/resolve the situation but their staff are very poorly trainined/not great with English and I had to coach the agent through the call to get any kind of result. Alarmingly, ClearBusiness have no ticket system for support calls - I could not get a reference from the agent and I'm just hoping they finally process my cancellation. I have nothing to go at if they fail - I'm out on my own here. I have just spoken to the debt recovery agency - which frankly is an embarrasing situation personally, give this Clear Business' error. At least the recovery agency seem together and promised to halt distressing texts. Do not use this company, if any issue occurs you could spend hours undoing it - plus they are very quick to refer to credit agencies.
