When first called I was too busy to take the call so was offered a call back time that suited me better. During the call all facts were set out in an easy to understand manner. My questions were answered well. There was a problem with the docusign but this was resolved in a professional mannor.

Have been trying to leave for over 2 months now and keep getting fobbed off with different excuses like the cease wasn't put in place but there bills and charges are Pilling up
