After being with this firm for a while I have received, poor account management, wrongful advice, limited access and overall poor service. I would sadly concur with other reviews here that as an Umbrella firm they are pretty dismal. Overall there seems to be no ownership to get things better or indeed improve. #hmrc #poor #standards

My experience was one of utter incompetence from the outset. I guess it they're probably ok for basic payroll but, if you want anything slightly more advanced, you'll probably struggle. They regularly forgot to pay my salary sacrifice and then failed to make the promised corrections, as far as I can gather, because they simply forgot. The process to finally correct the salary sacrifice mistakes took several months of failed attempts of running the payroll incorrectly. Finally, everything was corrected and I left only for the P45 I was sent to be completely incorrect. They also advised me that they weren't ignoring my emails but they simply didn't receive all of them. Everyone else I know gets the emails I send. Credit where due - the lady who does the salary sacrifice, despite all of the above, tries really hard to provide a good service. My assessment is that, for anything out of the ordinary, they just don't have the knowledge or processes to be able to cope... which is scary because they're being entrusted with a lot of your money!
