Can't fault the engineer on installation of the broadband, only problem I have is I can no longer connect my TV upstairs to the WiFi

Installation took over 3 weeks, every time Wightfibre got it wrong we went to the back of the queue. The installed product was way below contract speed and had to be reconfigured. No invoices received before the first three invoices were taken by Direct Debit, resolved after complaint.

I have to say the three young lads that came today, to install wightfibre were very polite and answered any questions we had. They had to run a lot of cable around our Bungalow so they could put their box just where we needed it, but it was no problem to them, they just got on with it. I am very happy with the service they supplied and extremely happy with the speeds we are now getting, compared with sky ! And a lot cheaper. Top marks to you
