They personally called me after sending an e-mail to get my thoughts on a topic in the order. Most companies would have waited for a response to an e-mail and likely would never have followed up!

Very impressed how hard the company tried to inform me my order was on backorder and giving me the option to cancel it. Another company I ordered through didn’t inform me my order was back ordered and never gave me an option to cancel.

I was told how long it should take our chandelier to reach us after it is shipped. The store has wonderful products to choose from. I wish we lived on the west coast so that we could walk through the store and choose what we wanted for our home. I recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase things for their home.
