Grayson Living has excellent customer service. I have DR table on order. They’ve been great about keeping me posted on expected delivery. Also, I was the lucky winner of their May IG giveaway. They messaged me immediately & shipped my beautiful gift quickly. They truly care about their customers....I appreciate them so much.

Such a truly disappointing and…

Such a truly disappointing and frustrating experience. First up, when we bought it, your website said it would be ready to ship in a few weeks, so we purchased it. But then you sent us an email the next day and say it's sold out and won't be available for another 7 weeks!!!!! Then you sent another email that said it was coming on a container and that it will now be to me in MID SEPTEMBER and that cancellations won't be accepted after 3 business days of the email!!!!! What the heck? So I bought something -that you later came back and said wasn't actually available, kept moving the date on me and you are telling me I am not allowed to cancel???? I actually really want the bed but reading that email just topped off this entire experience. Why would I no longer have the option to cancel if I wanted to since it won't be here for now for another 3 months. Pretty sure there is a better way to treat your customers in general. What a HORRIBLE customer experience!!!! You have definitely found a way to ensure I never buy from you again

Communication is vague

I submitted an offer and didn’t hear back by the day you said I would do I went ahead and ordered. Also, shipping timeline with your suppliers is vague. I needed to know when this piece would arrive and based on the information you provided it’s vague. Hoping I like the actual piece...looking forward to getting it.
