So far so good - Placed the order Sunday - by Monday afternoon I had an anticipated shipping date. Longer than I hoped for but in fairness same timeframe as some pieces I just ordered elsewhere. Fingers crossed date can be met!

I called today to upgrade to white glove delivery. No problem, most of the furniture isn't shipping for 1-3 months. All of that will be white glove. Of course, can't do anything about the pieces that have already shipped. Hope it won't be a big deal. The cust service people are awesomeThey get answers quickly and are very professional.

I ordered a beautiful Copeland dining table. All the questions I had were answered by Monica and Theresa who were on their Chat site. They were wonderful! Grayson Living was a lot less expensive than any other store. A lady from Grayson followed up by calling me. She was very pleasant and professional. It will take a few months to get the table, but I know Grayson Living will make sure I will be a satisfied customer. In fact I am thinking about buying another table from them.

I sent a note stating I purch. This armoire last year. Showed up w/top damaged rt. Down to the bare wood. Refused shpt. Monique immediately sent me an email stating she would watch the order and make sure everything would work out. I said I would think about it. She followed up again and convinced me to order it again. She is a breath of fresh air. Finally, someone who understands customer service. She's a good employer.
