I ordered a desk chair

I ordered a desk chair, which apparently everyone else ordered as well. Grayson Living has been keeping me in the loop about my order and giving me the option of canceling or continuing. This is the first thing I've ordered from them, but so far so good! I love their website. Lots to choose from!

Avoid these thieves: They don't have the merchandise they advertise.

So, far, (1 month), they have taken my money, delivered nothing, given no assurance they will ever deliver anything, and harassed me with phone calls. They seem to call to see if they can just forget the contract and keep my money. They indicate this is how they normally do business. There are e-businesses that actually deliver what they promise. I strongly advise against giving Grayson, or JKH Ripoff, or whatever fake name they're presently using your money, and dealing, instead, with a reputable firm.

My chair arrived damaged after waiting…

My chair arrived damaged after waiting 4 months. The frame was cracked. I was refused service or the refund or exchange because I did not keep the box or a picture of the box. All of this after I called them immediately and no one said or emailed back to keep the box. I then was asked one week later for the box or my refund/echange would not be allowed. Now I am out of nearly $5000.

Disappointing

Disappointing that when I asked about availability prior to ordering that the representative indicated that the desk was in stock and available to ship. At the time of ordering, April 7th, I got an estimated delivery of April 26th. Now I get an email saying that the desk will not ship until May 6th. That is not an acceptable practice, and would expect expedited shipping to correct your issues. Although you have had my money since April 7th, I doubt that anyone will be trying to make this delivery more efficient.
