Excellent service from an excellent company. Communication through start to finish was absolutely amazing they explained the process clearly and were always on hand to help no waiting in long telephone queues. I had a new boiler and radiators system fitted and completed today 14/8/24, by two very efficient technicians Elliot and Dom. These guys were absolutely amazing, they arrived on time and completed the job on time. They both were very quick, clean and efficient, couldn't even tell they were in the house. Any furniture or items removed was put back as it was. I explained what I needed and they carried out the installation to requirements. Everything was fitted expertly and not a mess in sight and and the end explained how to operate the system. I have a lovely heating system and the house is ticking warm. Couldn't fault these guys, would recommend them and GSL to do any job. Thank you to Grant Store for your help and having brilliant Technicians! 👍🏼

Deane and his team at Grant Store did a great job of retro fitting the Eco4 system to our home. Deane kept us informed throughout and no question we had was too much trouble to answer. All the trades were great, respectful, tidy in their work, and very efficient. We added extra solar panels and a battery which we paid for, which Deane sourced and his team fitted for us. I would highly recommend them.

Grant Store are a great company, they are both competent and efficient! Their personnel arrived when they said they would. Their Plumbers are excellent, as are their Solar Panel fitters and Electricians. Engineers were scheduled, and arrived to check all the installations, and they spent time to ensure that we knew exactly how things worked, and could be confident in being left to care fore the operating system, which once explained, slowly and clearly, is quite manageable, and we were assured they are always available for advice and assistance. My wife and I are more than happy with the company and the equipment they installed.

My dad had funding to fit solar heating had two amazing workman Dan and Liam who arrived on Tuesday morning to install it . My dad is in his late 80 currently blind and hard of hearing . They worked so hard working around all my dads belonging with minimum distribution to my dad they was both amazing there work is outstanding and would recommend these lads to anyone having heating installed . They will finish today and just want to give them 5 stars brilliant. All work completed to excellent standard no mess was left cleaned everything and took all the rubbish . The electricians that also attended gave outstanding work unfortunately I didn’t get their names . All in all they were all fantastic . And all deserve 5 stars and more Thankyou

Elliot and Dom installed our new boiler they were professional, efficient, tidy and extremely polite. A good job done, they make a great team, a credit to GLS.

The first surveyor was pleasant, efficient and helpful but Grant Store accidentally deleted his survey report and another surveyor had to come. This person was informative and careful. Fortunately Grant Store did not lose this report, but their carelessness didn't create a good first impression. We weren't sure how far we could rely on Grant Store if accidental deletion could happen without the simple, basic precaution of a backup. After initial misgivings, we eventually decided to proceed because the price seemed competitive. We were satisfied with the work of the roofing team and the electricians, who were always ready to explain what was happening and took care with our property. Both teams were pleasant, professional and friendly. The installation appears to work. Grant Store seems to have little control over their scaffolders, who erected the scaffolding amidst much noise and constant swearing. They caused damage then slunk off without telling us. They have now failed to turn up to remove the scaffolding on the pre-arranged date and we have been offered a date a week later. Given the layout of our house and the fact that we do, actually, have other things to do than wait around at home for scaffolders, this is very inconvenient. We had made special arrangements to be at home for the removal of the scaffolding (racing back a day early from a funeral in the south of England arriving back home after midnight) and now the assumption is that we can suspend all our other plans to suit scaffolders who will probably come up with another flimsy excuse to change the day again. We will not be completing the final payment of the invoice until the scaffolding has gone. Verdict: a mixed experience.
