Whether their product works or not is irrelevant. I’ve had to spend 6 hours of my day jumping through hoops trying to get my subscription cancelled. Then I thought well if they won’t let me cancel it I’ll just take my credit card off their website, which is doesn’t all you to do. They even have their own little AI helper that pretends like it’s helping you but then just provides a phone number after wasting your time. It seems like a crap shoot whether or not someone on that line will answer and actually assist you. Terrible service, terrible website and subscription platform.
