Terrible Customer Service
Just started this product out and was not yet ready to subscribe on a monthly basis. Received a second charge for the next order and immediately contacted them to cancel. They wouldn't honor the cancellation and refund request even though the order was placed literally minutes ago. I understand it's a subscription but didn't take note of that at the time. Even still, I don't want to continue with this subscription and order and it shouldn't be an issue if I'm contacting you within minutes of the charge. Customer rep was very nonchalant about it too.

Difficult to cancel subscription
I cannot speak to the efficacy of the product at this time as I have been a customer for only 90-days. I cancelled because I set up a subscription for every 25-days. I had two full bottles and decided to cancel with a plan to restart the subscription when when I ran out of product again. What I other consumers to know about is the process I was forced to go through to cancel my subscription. I had to fill out an online form. When I completed the form, it stated I had to call an 844 number to cancel. The number was answered by a customer service group outside the US. Same type of experience as I found online. Hard sell regarding trying to cancel my subscription. I detest this type of treatment and must assume it is symbolic of the people running the company.

Very happy with happy head. But in my subscription I can't afford it at this time because of my finances are short. But was very happy with them. Hopefully I can get the money to come back.
