This 2 star is more-so about the price of their products. It is ridiculously expensive for a smaller dose than competitors. In all honesty, they may be a good brand to start with considering their smaller dose lets you see any side effects before switching companies for the larger, cheaper dosages. I got their product because I didn't do enough research and shopping around, eventually, I landed a pill form with 1.1 mg finasteride and 5mg minoxidil. So realistically, they aren't a bad company, but they are really milking these profits way more than they should. Look for a competitor charging $20 less a month than these guys.

My hair has been thin and fine all my life! Now I have finally found a product, Happy Head, that actually works! After some months, I can clearly see that my hair is growing in twice as thick! Best customer service I have ever experienced. I was totally surprised when I received a “welcome” call providing a confirmation of my order and offering to answer any questions. When I would reach out to my Happy Head Doctor I received responses within hours! (I was a HERS client and couldn’t get a response at all). Every customer service agent has gone above and beyond to help me…..oh and BTW….THE PRODUCT WORKS!
