Way Too Many Negatives to Continue with Happy Head

It's way too pricey especially compared to competition, and requires twice a day application. It dries on hair like shellac, no matter how little is used and how much it is massage into scalp. The orange goop irreversibly stained my pillowcases--and that's with conservative use. I'm sure it works but, no thanks.

They make it incredibly difficult to cancel on purpose.

I am not sure about the products - they seem fine. My issue is with the service or lack there of. The fact that in order to cancel you have to dig, then fill out a form, then call a number, then give all the info again and after they beg you to change your mind at every turn they may actually cancel your subscription

Good customer service

My product deliveries were getting ahead of my usage, so I requested assistance via email. The representative who responded was knowledgeable and courteous. So far, I am pleased with the product and the customer service. Hopefully, the requested change in my order will be taken care of in an equally satisfactory manner.
