Excellent customer service

It's way too pricey especially compared to competition, and requires twice a day application. It dries on hair like shellac, no matter how little is used and how much it is massage into scalp. The orange goop irreversibly stained my pillowcases--and that's with conservative use. I'm sure it works but, no thanks.

I am not sure about the products - they seem fine. My issue is with the service or lack there of. The fact that in order to cancel you have to dig, then fill out a form, then call a number, then give all the info again and after they beg you to change your mind at every turn they may actually cancel your subscription

They charge you and never send you a product. SCAM

Beware! When you sign up, you will be asked about auto-renewal. Even if you say NO, they will still auto-renew your subscription and charge you without your consent.

Kameron provided exceptional customer service!! He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about the hair serums, showing impressive knowledge and empathy toward my hair concerns. He even sent me a link to connect me with a dermatologist for further medical guidance, which went above and beyond my expectations. The entire experience was positive, unhurried, and highly professional. I’m truly impressed with him and with the great customer service Happy Head has provided me! I highly recommend them!

My product deliveries were getting ahead of my usage, so I requested assistance via email. The representative who responded was knowledgeable and courteous. So far, I am pleased with the product and the customer service. Hopefully, the requested change in my order will be taken care of in an equally satisfactory manner.
